We truly loved helping all of our customers book better vacations. After much thought and consideration we've decided to stop accepting new reservations effective immediately.

What happens to my existing reservation?
All reservations booked prior to July 18, 2016 will be honored and supported by Gozengo. You may contact our customer support team at email@example.com or 844-469-3646.
What if I want to change my reservation?
If you want to change your existing Gozengo reservation please contact our customer support team to assist you. Please know that many hotels charge change or cancellation fees and penalties. Any fees charged by hotels will be passed on to the customer.
What happens to my Ellen DeGeneres promotion code?
Any existing reservations made using the special promo code given out during "Ellen's 12-Days of Giveaways" in December 2015 will still be honored. If you have questions about new reservations please call 844-469-3646 or email firstname.lastname@example.org (Mon - Fri 9am to 5:30pm ET). Promotion codes do not carry any cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
